Hello! My interest in art began at a very young age with seemingly endless trips to Chicago's Art Institute and MCA. It was not until early in college (2014) and an inspiring class in Art History, when I realized I could do the very same with acrylic on raw canvas. The works listed here are more emotionally driven - erratic lines and faded tones suggest a celebration of losing oneself in a piece - a prevailing theme in my earlier works. As emotionally attached as I am to each piece, this is only a part of my life - the other half lives as a consultant, traversing across the US week-to-week - just barely finding the time to add another work to the portfolio.
Access Brazil works to provide education and opportunity for vulnerable youth impacted by throughout Brazil. In 2018, my peers and I traveled to São Paulo to help Access Brazil map specific community vulnerabilities and opportunities for development such as safe spaces, community centers, and videography classes.
